Great News!

We are so excited to share we have an upgrade coming! Our new benefits platform, powered by Elevate, gives you a faster, and more user-friendly way to manage your benefits with ABS.

There will be a quiet transition period while your account is securely migrated to our new platform.

During this transition:

  • Debit card access will be temporarily disabled
  • Claim filing through the consumer portal and mobile app will be unavailable

 Claim Submissions During the Transition

  • We want to assure you that eligible claims paid out of pocket can continue to be submitted, and ABS will reimburse you directly
  • While portal and app access are temporarily unavailable, employees may Email claims to: claims@abs125.com

 Access Restoration & Welcome Email

  • You will receive a welcome email from ABS (check your spam folder if you do not see this)

This email will include instructions to:

  • Access the new Elevate platform
  • Create a new username and password
  • You will have limited access to your account after you have created your username and password

Once you receive your new ABS debit card, you will be able to:

  • Verify your identity
  • Activate your account
  • Input your direct deposit banking
  • Restore full access to available funds
  • Submit claims through the portal or mobile app

Readiness Checklist:

You should follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition:

  1. Watch for the welcome email from ABS
    Follow the instructions to create your new login for the ABS Consumer Portal 
  2. Activate your new ABS debit card when it arrives
    New Debit Card activation completes account verification and gives you full access to your account and funds.
  3. Set up new ABS online access
    Log in at: www.abs125.com, or https://abs.elevateaccounts.com/login
  4. Download the new ABS mobile app
    Use the Elevate app to manage claims, track balances, submit reimbursements and file claims.

Mobile App & Platform Enhancements

The upgraded Elevate platform delivers a streamlined, modern experience through an enhanced mobile app and consumer portal, featuring:

  • Instant and faster claim approvals
  • Easy photo capture and QR-code claim submission
  • Same-day reimbursements via Venmo, PayPal or direct to debit card
  • Real-time account balance visibility
  • Tap-to-pay functionality and digital wallet access
  • Full debit card management with enhanced security and control tools
  • Employees will continue using a single ABS debit card for all applicable benefits once access is restored
  • Optional dependent cards can be ordered at no cost, each with its own unique card number

HSA FAQs

During the transition, your HSA funds will move securely to your new UMB Bank account. Some transactions may be briefly paused, and full access will resume once the transfer is complete.

ACCOUNT SETUP & ACCESS

Because an HSA is your personal bank account, you will be asked to set up your online access once your new account is created.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

  • Your existing HSA balance will automatically transfer to your new ABS HSA account.
  • You will receive your new ABS HSA debit card along with instructions to set up online access shortly after your account is established.
  • Recurring debit card payments must be updated once your new card arrives.
  • Pending HSA transactions submitted before the transition will be processed automatically.
  • Beneficiaries and investment selections must be reviewed and updated. Best practice, beneficiaries should be reviewed annually and updated accordingly.
  • Your money remains secure throughout this entire process.
