IRS Announces 2024 limits for FSA, Commuter Benefits, QSEHRA, Adoption Assistance and More

2024 Health FSA and Transit & Parking limits:

  • Health FSA and Limited FSA limit increased from $3,050 per year in 2023 to $3,200 per year in 2024.
  • FSA Carry over. for 2023 was $610 and increased to $640 in 2024.
  • Transit & Parking limits increased from $300 per month in 2023 to $315 per month in 2024.

2024 Adoption Assistance limit:

  • Adoption Assistance limit increased from $15,950 per year in 2023 to $16,810 per year in 2024.

2024 Qualified Small Employer HRA (QSEHRA) limits:

  • Individual limit increased from $5,850 per year in 2023 to $6,150 per year in 2024.
  • Family limit increased from $11,800 per year in 2023 to $12,450 per year in 2024.
